Hi all!
Hard to believe: yesterday was 'World Cabbage Day'. -(and I missed that.)
anyway......

LITTLE CHERRY CHEESECAKES
24 Vanilla Wafers {or Oreo cookies}
1 pound cream cheese, at room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon pure Vanilla extract
2 Eggs
1 can {20 ounces} Cherry Pie Filling

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners and place a wafer or cookie in
the bottom of each. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla,
and eggs until smooth. Fill each muffin cup three-quarters full with the mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes, remove from the oven, and let cool for 30 minutes.
(At this point, you can wrap the cheesecakes and freeze them for up to 1 month.
Defrost before topping.) Place a spoonful of cherry pie filling on each little cheesecake
and refrigerate until ready to serve.* -makes 2 dozen.

Instead of commercial tooth whiteners, make a paste of baking soda and a
few drops of hydrogen peroxide. Brush gently with it to remove tooth stains,
then rinse well*

Little Johnny's new baby brother was screaming up a storm.
He asked his mom, "Where'd we get him?" His mother replied,
"He came from Heaven, Johnny."
Johnny says, "WOW! I can see why they threw him out!"

Have a good day all! Blessings!-Missygirl*
