I love You, Father, Son, Holy Spirit.*

A moment of reflection

As I sit on my front porch swing, I feel the warmth of God's sun shining on my arm as I also feel a cold breeze blowing in my face. One thing so strong and the other, totally opposite, yet equally as strong. That's kind of how the world looks at me.
I feel warmth from my church family and my family. They know about my disability. My handicap. There. I said it. My disability. My handicap. I've been sick with multiple sclerosis for about 14 years now; But they say, with all diseases, you most likely carry it around with you for a good long time before it manifests itself. - I have begged, pleaded even, for the Lord to take it away. He didn't, He won't.
"My Grace is sufficient for you."
No Lord, Maybe it's not. Maybe I need something more.
"My Grace is sufficient for you."
Okay. I get it. I'll trust You.
"I will never leave you, nor forsake you."
Thank You Lord. I love You so. -
People that don't know me or don't like me, see me walking gimpy and treat me coldly. They don't have room in their lives or hearts even, for a cripple. I know the Lord God hand picked this sickness for me. They just don't know that. It wasn't my choice, but I do love Him.
{And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.}

"I will never leave you, nor forsake you."
Thank You, my Lord, I love You so.

Did you know?

Wearing the wedding ring on the fourth finger
of the left hand, is due to the belief of the ancients,
that there is a vein in that finger which runs
directly to the heart.*

The rainbow car.

God does beautiful things, doesn't He?

Blessings to you and yours. -Missygirl*

I hope you're having a great day today!

Well, if anyone was wondering, I still have those nasty little black bugs on my plants. I think the only thing I can do at this point is just take the plants out of the dirt and put them in water, (first rinse them down real good) throw away all the old dirt, wash the pots really well, wait a few days to make sure there are no bugs lingering around, (these bugs only like dirt, not water) then buy a bag of miracle-gro houseplant potting soil and re-plant them. I need to do this before my plants die. I never did find a way to get rid of the bugs. The plants started getting buggy in the fall. Maybe I could use some kind of mosquito netting and put that over the plants when summer's ending. I did feel like going to someones house that you can see from the road has really beautiful house plants, and knocking on the door and asking them if they've ever had those black gnat bugs and if they did, what they did about that problem. I don't have a problem at all talking to strangers, but maybe they do. I don't want to bother anyone and catch them off guard. -I don't know. I think I better just re-plant.*

I saw this in Sunday's paper week before last and I think you'll like it:

'Emotional Ode To Shattered Commode' -CENTERVILLE,UTAH

John, a porcelain toilet gunned down in an accidental shooting at a fast-food restaurant's bathroom, has died. His age was not known.
The toilet was shattered by a bullet Jan.12 when a man's gun fell from it's holster as he was pulling up his pants, police said. Police do not plan to file criminal charges in connection with the incident.
Christian Martinez, manager of the Carl's Jr. where John was gunned down, held a memorial service Friday at the restaurant. He gave away bottles of John's favorite toilet cleaner, Kaboom Bowl Blaster (we think that name's heinous considering the cause of death) to the first 50 patrons.
"He was survived by the men's urinal and wash sink," Martinez said. "He left us way too soon."*
