Hi friends! - I hope everyone is doing good today...me too!

I wanted to remind everyone, don't forget to change the filter on your heater. (it really should be changed once a year)
My husband went down into the cellar and changed ours and I was really surprised at how full of dirt and dust it was.
It's so simple to turn on the heater but when that nice warm heat is coming through, for your own family and pets it's good that the the air coming out is as clean as we can get it. The house even smells fresher.
It's especially good to do if anyone in the home has asthma.
Our filter was purchased at Ace Hardware this year and it was only a few bucks. Not expensive at all.
When you remove the old one it has the size written on it. They come in different sizes.
Also, don't forget to check or change the batteries in your carbon monoxide detector too. *

Crystal Inn French Toast ~ (from: Crystal Inn B&B)
5 eggs, beaten
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 large loaf French bread
Mix eggs with milk. Add sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix in melted margarine. Cut bread into 3/4 inch pieces. Dip bread in egg mixture and place on
350* F griddle or on medium high skillet. Grill until brown on both sides. Place on serving platter and dust with powdered sugar. -Serves 8-10.*
